Hugo Keenan part of Ireland squad to take on Wales in Six Nations showdown

Hugo Keenan has been included in Ireland’s squad ahead of Saturday’s Six Nations clash with Wales at the Aviva Stadium, as the full-back continues in his race to recover from a knee injury in time.

Munster duo tighthead Oli Jager and second-row/back-row Thomas Ahern have also linked up with Andy Farrell‘s side at the IRFU High Performance Centre. Both forwards are uncapped.

Iain Henderson picked up a foot injury during Ulster’s URC game away to Ospreys yesterday, and the lock’s fitness will be monitored across the course of the week.

Ireland will name their team to play Wales at 2pm on Thursday.
