Fraser Suites arrests: Perth teens to face court after wild CBD hotel party

Latest snapshot of the coronavirus impact

* The youngest Australian woman to die of COVID-19 is one of two deaths recorded in NSW on Sunday, prompting a plea from the NSW premier for young people to adhere to lockdown and seek out the AstraZeneca vaccine.

* The two deaths were a woman in her late 30s with no pre-existing conditions, and a woman in her 70s.

* There were 141 new local cases recorded in NSW, from a record number of 102,233 tests. At least 62 of these cases were circulating in the community for all or part of their infectious period. There are 43 people in intensive care in the state, with 18 on ventilators.

* NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian says her government will start “critical planning” this week on policy settings after lockdown's scheduled July 30 end.

* Police in NSW and Victoria are analysing footage from social media, CCTV and police-worn body cameras to identify thousands of people who attended anti-lockdown protests on Saturday.

* In Sydney, 57 people have been charged and 90 infringement notices issued, including two men who have been charged with striking a police horse. Another 73 people were issued penalty notices after the protests in Melbourne.

* Victoria has recorded 11 cases, all linked to known outbreaks and in quarantine for their entire infectious period, bringing the number of active cases from this outbreak to 179 – of which 17 are in hospital with two people in intensive care.

* More than 22,000 people are self-isolating across Victoria after being deemed close contacts of positive cases and there are more than 380 exposure sites.

* Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says it's still too early to know whether the state will emerge from lockdown as planned on Tuesday night, saying the state's strategy is working however authorities want more testing data before deciding if the lockdown will end on time.

* NSW Health has issued a public health alert urging residents and visitors in northern NSW to monitor for symptoms after a COVID-19 case travelled on a Virgin flight from Sydney to Ballina earlier in July.

* Queensland did not record any new local cases but authorities are concerned after the COVID-positive man travelled across the border from NSW.

* He initially tested negative, before allegedly leaving self-isolation in Sydney and flying to Ballina on July 14. The man then crossed the Queensland border with a flight attendant and later tested positive for COVID-19. His first test was confirmed to be a false negative.

* There have been 11,140,511 doses administered in the national COVID-19 vaccination rollout up to Sunday, including 107,676 in the previous 24 hours.

* Of the total, 6,285,694 have been administered by the Commonwealth (an increase of 47,298 in the previous 24 hours).

* 5,785,218 have been issued in primary care (+46,358) and 500,476 in aged and disability facilities (+940).

* 4,854,817 have been administered by the states and territories, including 60,378 in the previous 24 hours.

* Australia reported 154 local cases on Sunday, July 25.

* There were 7 new overseas-acquired cases in hotel quarantine.

* The two Sydney deaths reported on Sunday will be included in Monday's figures.

* The national death toll is 917: Victoria 820, NSW 63, Tasmania 13, WA 9, Queensland 7, SA 4, ACT 3. (Two Queensland residents who died in NSW have been included in the official tolls of both states).

* Cases: at least 193,727,927

* Deaths: at least 4,152,592

* Vaccine doses administered: at least 3,820,948,849.
