Powerful explosions rocked the temporarily occupied Luhansk during the day on April 13. A column of smoke was spotted over the city, according to the local Telegram channels.
Explosions were heard in Luhansk at around 11:30. Locals reported online at least two powerful explosions.
A fire has likely erupted, accompanied by heavy smoke, as after the explosions, a column of smoke appeared over the city.
Meanwhile, Russian propagandists on Telegram have already accused Ukraine of allegedly launching a missile strike on the outskirts of Luhansk.
In the network, they also posted the moment of the “strike.” Local channels write about a possible “strike” near the machine-building plant, which the occupiers use for military purposes.
Situation in Luhansk
It’s worth noting that lately, explosions have been increasingly heard in the occupied city of Luhansk. For instance, in March, the Russians claimed a missile strike on the occupiers’ training ground in the Luhansk region.
Additionally, it’s important to mention that Luhansk is home to a large number of Russian occupiers. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russians are converting hospitals in the city into hospitals for wounded aggressors.
