MLB fans have been fed up with Angel Hernandez for a long time and now, MLB insider Ken Rosenthal is also done with him.

Rosenthal thinks MLB should be “embarrassed” by him as he continues to make awful calls from behind the plate.

“Why aren’t you guys embarrassed by this?” Rosenthal said in a text message to an umpire.

“I don’t know the answer to that,” Rosenthal said, (first transcribed by Awful Announcing). “There has to be a line, right? There has to be a line where you tell the umpires enough is enough. We cannot stand this anymore.”

Hernandez got himself in more hot water less than a couple of weeks ago when he was behind the plate and thought Detroit Tigers first baseman Spencer Torkelson swung for a strike.

The thing was, he didn’t come close to swinging. The Tigers tried to challenge the call but it didn’t go anywhere.

It’s to the point where everyone wants to know when enough is enough.

MLB will have to figure that out fairly soon since he’s bound to mess up again this season and in future seasons.
