Final Fantasy VII-instruktør håber at “serien” fortsætter efter Remake-trilogi
Holdet bag Final Fantasy VII: Remake og nu også Rebirth arbejder naturligvis først og fremmest på et tredje og afsluttende kapitel, der færdiggør spillets egentlige fortælling. Men hvad så efterfølgende? Jo, faktisk håber holdet bag, at de kan blive ved med at fortælle historier indenfor samme univers, selv bagefter.
I en ny bog med interviews med folkene bag spillene siger en af instruktørene, Yoshinori Kitase, at håbet er at kunne fortsætte med at lave spil i Final Fantasy VII-universet. Disse citater er blevet opsummeret og oversat af Audrey på X.
“Kitase has hopes that the world of FF7 may continue on even after finishing the FF7 Remake Project trilogy, but they need to wrap up Part 3 first and foremost. He thinks Part 3 will perhaps be his last involvement with a game in the FF7 series due to his age. In lieu of that, he wants to bring this trilogy to a close with hopes that Cloud and all the characters will be happy at the end. He wants to finish the trilogy on a positive note without leaving behind any unfinished business, but that’s just his own personal opinion on the matter.”
