Treasurer Jim Chalmers says he expects electricity bill relief to be a “key feature” of the May federal budget.
“We are talking here about $1.5 billion in Commonwealth money in addition to state and territory effort to take some of the sting out of these electricity bills as people receive them,” Mr Chalmers said on Wednesday at a media conference.
