“There was a plan several years back. Actually, mga initial plan iyan, kasi nga when my father was buried in Heritage Park, wala siyang musoleo dahil nga iniisip namin sa Tanay, we have a property in Tanay.

“We wanted to build a museum for my father there with a chapel.

“And when we create the chapel, we wanted his body to be inside the chapel.

“It was the idea we had before and of course, after several years na nag-usap-usap kami nina Zsa Zsa [Padilla, former partner ni Mang Dolphy], Nicole [Epy’s sister], ng mga kapatid ko, we decided nga na huwag na nating galawin si Daddy.

“As we speak, may plano na. Within the year, sisimulan na yung structure kung saan nandoon yung museum, Dolphy Manor.

“The Dolphy Manor will be built within Dolphy Ville, tapos nandoon yung museum niya.

“Yung ibang mga gamit niya, nandoon na. Yung important trophies, nasa akin.”

Lahad ni Eric, “Most of the negatives, alam ko nasa ABS-CBN.

“I think, nire-restore nila. Naka-restore na yata sila ng ibang pelikula.

“I don’t know if itutuloy pa rin yung pagre-restore because of the franchise issue.

“Marami ang trophies. Nasa akin yung Order of the Golden Heart [Grand Collar of the Order of the Golden Heart, November 8, 2010, the highest award given to a private citizen by the President of the Philippines for Dolphy’s contributions to the entertainment industry and for his charitable and philanthropic works].

“Yung talagang priceless trophies niya, nasa akin.

“We kept two cars, yung pang-taping niya na Mark 111 at yung Mercedes niya na two-door.

Pero as of now, ang alam ko, Eric [ang nakatatandang kapatid ni Epy] met with architects last week and engineer lang yata yung hinihintay nila.”

May isang phase pa so if you wanna buy, buy now kasi mabilis talaga siya.

“Very reasonable prices. Let’s put it this way, for a 140 square meter lot, siguro P1 million to P1.2 million ang price sa Calatagan, across Lago Port Park.”
