The Northeast Monsoon will bring light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, PAGASA said Saturday.
Cloudy skies with light rains are expected over Batanes, Cagayan, Kalinga, Apayao, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Metro Manila, and the rest of Luzon.
In the Bicol Region, cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought by the Easterlies may cause possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains in the area.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Wind speed
The wind speed over Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon
will be moderate to strong, moving northeast, and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds moving northeast, and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
