rahul gandhi ‘urgently required’ in wayanad, bharat jodo nyay yatra paused
Rahul Gandhi will be leaving for Wayanad on Saturday evening, Jairam Ramesh said on social media platform X. Gandhi is urgently required at his Lok Sabha constituency, according to the Congress communications chief. Gandhi will be leaving for Wayanad in Kerala from Varanasi, incidentally Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Lok Sabha constituency, at 5 pm. Gandhi’s Wayanad trip means the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, currently in Uttar Pradesh, will pause for a while. It will resume at 3 pm on Sunday, according to Ramesh.
“Rahul Gandhi’s presence is required urgently in Wayanad. He is leaving this evening from Varanasi at 5PM. The Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra will resume at 3PM tomorrow, February 18th, at Prayagraj,” Jairam Ramesh said in his post on X.
