Deborah Hutton has listed her glamorous Hamptons-style home in Bronte for $12m and has told friends she’s planning to “do it all again” elsewhere.
The much-loved media personality and homewares guru had bought an old-style home on a 318 sqm block for $3.8m in 2015 but has completely transformed it in a massive renovation two years later.
It’s attractions include a Myles Baldwin landscaped garden, an infra-red sauna and an external copper shower.
The three-bedrooms, two-bathroom home is now listed
with The Agency’s Bethwyn Richards and Sotheby’s principal Michael Pallier in an expressions of interest campaign.

Friends say Hutton has the renovation bug and is looking for an opportunity to do a similar transformation to an older home.
Built over two levels in Bronte’s most elevated position, the largely new house is full of natural light and has a perfect north-easterly aspect with panoramic views along the coast.

The interiors definitely look to have had Hutton’s magic touch, with good quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The upper level has soaring 4.5m raked ceilings, huge living areas and a sandstone fireplace with a stunning entertainer’s kitchen with Miele gas fittings and a butler’s pantry.
The super private luxurious master suite features a designer marble bathroom, private garden oasis and inspiring views.

A magnificent dining zone opens to a grand sundeck.
The bathrooms both offer underfloor heating, there are solar panels on the roof and plantation shutters.
The home also offers a state of the art video security system and it’s just footsteps to the beach.
