Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Joseph Baena, 26, shows off his chiseled physique in a new Instagram video

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena is continuing to be a chip off the old iron block, showing off his chiseled physique.

The 26-year-old bodybuilder – the son of Arnold, 76, and his former housekeeper Patty Baena – took to Instagram on Tuesday, showing him flexing shirtless in the gym.

The new video comes just weeks after his famous father was spotted in his native Austria at the Kitz Race Party.

Baena shared in his caption, ‘Everything hits different with the right lighting,’ with the post receiving over 5K likes, with the video set to Grimes’ Genesis.

The shirtless real estate agent was seen flexing and posing for the camera while at the gym, even showing off his impressive six-pack.

He was also seen engaging in a number of different workouts in the video, while also confirming for a fan in the comments that he currently weighs 195 pounds.

The buff bodybuilder’s gym video comes just days after he appeared on the Overcome Pocast, where he opened up about maturity.

‘People aren’t willing to be open minded to change and new ideas, and it’s really hurtful because that’s a huge sense of maturity in people,’ Baena said.

He added, ‘Because the people that are willing to state their position, listen to the opposite position and then openly be able to reflect and decide honestly what is the right and wrong, is the way to go about it.’

‘Not everybody is right about everything, and I think that’s the main thing is people think that they’re right, all the time,’ he stated.

While Baena started working as a realtor in 2022 (selling his first home that year), he’s still trying to forge an acting career as well.

However, unlike his father, who made his name starring in some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbuster hits like The Terminator, Baena is more interested in indie’s.

‘I find the indie films are a little more interesting than the big box office style films,’ Baena admitted.

When asked why he thought that way, he said, ‘There’s no agenda to the story, it’s just telling a good story.’

‘It’s just telling a cool story that this artist a.k.a. the director or writer wanted to tell,’ he added.

When asked if he thinks there people in Hollywood, ‘interfering with plots’ so they can ‘interject’ certain messages, Baena agreed.

‘It’s just implementing what’s popular in pop culture and if there’s a trend, if there’s a a fad or if there’s a social justice message that is really popular in the moment, I think that is also implemented into the movie so that it feels more inclusive,’ Joseph said.
