COVID-19 claims 551,000 dealths wordwide

More than 200 countries and territories had reported 12.1 million COVID-19 infections and more than 551,000 dealths by 3PM on Thursday, according to statistics website worldometers.info.

The US remains the hardest hit country with 3.1 million cases and nearly 135,000 fatalities, followed by Brazil, Russia, and Mexico.
