Covid-19 cases dip to 13,899

PETALING JAYA: The health ministry has reported 13,899 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.

In a tweet, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 2,185,131.

Yesterday, 14,554 cases were detected.

Sarawak again reported the highest number of infections with 2,712 cases.

This was followed by Selangor with 2,341 cases, Johor (1,377), Kelantan (1,170), Perak (1,128), Penang (1,060), Sabah (962), Pahang (779), Terengganu (760), Kedah (708), Melaka (339), Kuala Lumpur (310), Negeri Sembilan (194), Putrajaya (37), Perlis (17), and Labuan (5).
