Eddie Hearn reveals the plan for Anthony Joshua’s next two fights if he defeats Francis Ngannou
Anthony Joshua returns to action next month and Eddie Hearn is already plotting his next move despite the threat posed by Francis Ngannou.
Joshua will take on the former UFC superstar on March 8 and victory for the Brit could pave the way for numerous world title showdowns later in the year.
Since losing to Oleksandr Usyk in back-to-back fight in 2021 and the following year, Joshua has been rebuilding and he looked back to his best when defeating Otto Wallin last December.
Joshua is eager to get back amongst the championship scene at heavyweight and Hearn has revealed the plan for his fighter moving forward.
“If AJ is triumphant, he will fight Filip Hrgovic for a world title, which is fine,” said Hearn when speaking to IFLTV.
“Then we’ll fight the winner of Fury vs. Usyk.”
