Fox college football analyst Joel Klatt will be the first one to tell you how loaded the 2024 NFL Draft is at several flashy positions. In his latest list of the top five pass catchers in the upcoming rookie class, four of his five selections fall within the top ten of his 2024 NFL Mock Draft.
He predicts former Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. will be the first one off the board at No. 4 to the Arizona Cardinals. He believes his second favorite pass-catcher will come off the board immediately after Harrison, but it’s not actually a wide receiver.
Klatt believes the Los Angeles Chargers will select former Georgia Bulldog tight end Brock Bowers with the No. 5 overall pick.
Klatt compares Bowers to some of the most dominant tight ends to play the game, including Travis Kelce, Rob Gronkowski, and Zach Ertz. He believes Harbaugh will find his ‘perfect fit’ when implementing Bowers into his offense in L.A.
