FA Cup: Four teams qualify for quarter-final

At least four teams have booked their places in the quarter final of this season’s FA Cup tournament.

This comes following the conclusion of Tuesday’s fifth round fixtures.

The four teams are Coventry, Leicester City, Manchester City and Newcastle United.

Leicester defeated Bournemouth 1-0 on Tuesday in an away clash.

Man City thrashed Luton Town 6-2 as Erling Haaland scored five goals.

Newcastle defeated Blackburn Rovers 4-3 via penalty shootout following a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Coventry had on Monday defeated Maidstone United 5-0.

The remaining FA Cup fifth round fixtures will continue today as Chelsea will tackle Leeds United, Manchester United will face Nottingham Forest, Brighton will clash with Wolves, while Liverpool will host Southampton.
