Ranking 5th in offense and 5th in defense, the Celtics have arguably the best starting lineup in the NBA and are the undisputed favorites to make the Finals to represent the Eastern Conference.

There are three teams representing the Western Conference who have made the 40-20 rule including the Minnesota Timberwolves who have been considerably better than last season (42-40).
