AFL star Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin is one of the many Aussie celebrities who attended this year’s The Everest at the Royal Randwick Racecourse.
The 34-year-old looked dapper in a well fitted suit as he walked along the pathway behind the track.
Lance’s model wife, Jesinta Franklin, was not seen with the footballer at the races.
Buddy’s slick appearance included an olive green suit, green tie and brown loafers.
The Sydney Swans forward completed the look with a watch and Ray-Ban sunglasses.
Franklin at one point noticed the camera during his walk and made a surprised expression.
Earlier this month, Buddy enjoyed a day out at a Sydney beach with a group of friends.
Among the footballer’s posse was Tegan Kynaston, the girlfriend of radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands.
Buddy also had his one-year-old daughter Tullulah with him, carrying the tot on his hip as he strode along the sand.
In August, Jesinta reunited with Buddy in the Covid-safe AFL bubble in Victoria, after the family had spent a total of six weeks apart.
‘I am not the same person, I am honestly not. It was wild. I actually had two huge panic attacks in there,’ she told The Daily Telegraph at the time.
‘I had a mountain of dirty nappies in the bin. We had no fresh air. We had loud speakers in the room that would announce every time a meal was coming which would wake the kids up.
‘It was like being in a very un-fun Big Brother. Fire alarms went off at midnight.’
‘When I was in there I put so much energy into being positive, so when I got out, I was exhausted,’ she added.
