BREAKING: Plitzuweit Leaves WVU
According to The Athletic, WVU Women’s Head Basketball Coach Dawn Plitzuweit is set to accept the same position at Minnesota.
This comes after rumors flooded the internet of the move yesterday.
Plitzuweit spent one season in Morgantown. After compiling a record of 19-12 and 10-8 in Big 12 play, the Lady Mountaineers were selected to the NCAA Women’s Tournament. They lost in the Round of 64 to Arizona, 75-62.
