Body found in Brisbane River remains a police mystery

A body found floating in the water beneath an iconic Brisbane landmark remains a mystery to police, who are yet to rule out foul play.

The deceased man was found in the water beneath the Storey Bridge at Kangaroo Point at 7.30am on Monday and police are still none the wiser as to who it is.

Police said the events that led to the death are yet to be confirmed. They have not ruled out the incident being suspicious.
