MUĞLA’NIN BODRUM İLÇESİNDE SAHİLE BEYAZ KUM DÖKEN İŞLETMEYE, KABAHATLER KANUNU GEREĞİ EN ÜST LİMİTTEN CEZAİ İŞLEM UYGULANDI.

Muğla’nın Bodrum ilçesinde her sezon başında tartışmalara neden olan beyaz kum sevdası yeniden ortaya çıktı. İşletmeye, Kabahatler Kanunu gereği en üst limitten cezai işlem uygulanarak, kumun kaldırılması için 2 gün süre verildi.

Türkiye’nin önemli tatil merkezlerinden Bodrum’da her yıl turizm sezonunda beyaz kum furyası bu yıl da devam etti. Gölköy Mahallesi Demirbükü mevkisinde lüks villaların olduğu bir sitenin önündeki sahile beyaz kum getirildi. Beyaz kumun bir kısmı sahilin bir bölümüne serilirken, sahilin kalan bölümlerinde kum yığınlarının henüz serilmediği gözlendi. Sahilde küçük bir iş makinesinin de hazır beklediği görüldü.

İhbarın ardından Bodrum Belediyesi Zabıta Müdürlüğü ekipleri harekete geçti. Kumu döktüğü belirlenen MESA Sitesi’ne sahile doğal olmayan malzeme dökmek ve çevre kirliliğine neden olmaktan Kabahatler Kanunu 41/4 maddesi gereği en üst limitten cezai işlem uygulandı. Uygulanan cezanın 106 bin TL olduğu öğrenildi.
