Wie gelingt ein saftiger Apfelkuchen, ohne den Backofen anzuwerfen? Für dieses Blitzrezept brauchen Sie jedenfalls nur eine Pfanne und ein paar wenige Zutaten

Blitzrezept: Köstlicher 1-Ei-Apfelkuchen aus der Pfanne

Wer Heißhunger auf ein saftiges Stück Apfelkuchen hat, geht entweder zum nächstgelegenen Bäcker – oder holt schnell die Pfanne aus dem Küchenschrank. Denn dieses Rezept für den Blitz-Apfelkuchen gelingt ganz ohne Ofen und die Zutaten haben Sie garantiert alle da.

Zutaten:

  • 2 kleine Äpfel (Boskop, Jonagold oder Cox-Orange)
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 1 Ei
  • 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
  • 60 g Zucker
  • 150 ml Milch
  • 60 ml Pflanzenöl
  • 150 g Mehl
  • 1/2 Teelöffel Zimt
  • 1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
  • eine Prise Salz

Zubereitung:

  1. Schälen Sie die Äpfel und schneiden Sie sie in dünne Scheiben. Mit einem Flaschendeckel oder Plätzchenausstecher kann das Kerngehäuse ganz leicht entfernt werden.
  2. Erhitzen Sie die Butter in einer Pfanne und streuen Sie etwas Zucker darauf.
  3. Platzieren Sie nun die Apfelscheiben in der Pfanne.
  4. Verrühren Sie in einer Schüssel Ei, Salz, Zucker, Vanillezucker, Zimt und den normalen Zucker. Die Masse sollte leicht schaumig sein.
  5. Gießen Sie die Milch und das Öl dazu.
  6. Jetzt kommen das Mehl und das Backpulver in die flüssige Masse. Rühren Sie so lange, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht.
  7. Gießen Sie den Teig gleichmäßig über die Äpfel, geben Sie einen Deckel auf die Pfanne und lassen Sie alles 20 Minuten backen.
  8. Dann den Kuchen auf einen Teller stürzen, zurück in die Pfanne geben und noch einmal von der anderen Seite backen.
