If you’re heading downtown

  • There are things you’ll want to know before you go. That includes plenty of street closures to get ready for the parade. Here’s a schedule of those closures, which have already started.
  • You’ll also want to know the parade route to find your spot before you head out! You can see that here.

Who is participating?

The TSU Ocean of Soul marching band will kick things off. The Tyler Junior College Apache Belles are back this year and you’ll see a performance from Theatre Under Stars’ production of Cinderella.

In all, the parade consists of 19 floats, 14 balloons, six marching bands and eight performances. Check out ALL of the participants in this year’s parade!

H-E-B is the title sponsor. The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Highland Village and Citgo are also sponsors.
