Margaux Parker applauds antivaxxers on landmark legal win Parker said the vaccine mandate was a breach of human rights Said win opens doors for all public servants who were sacked
The radio star wife of ex-footy star Corey Parker has commended anti-vaxxers on winning a bombshell legal battle, saying the vaccine mandate breached Australians’ human rights.
On Tuesday, a court found Queensland police and ambulance workers were given unlawful directions to get Covid-19 vaccines or face potential disciplinary action.
The court delivered its judgments in three lawsuits brought by 86 parties against Queensland Police Service and Queensland Ambulance Service for their directions to workers issued in 2021 and 2022.
Margaux Parker told listeners on Brisbane’s Triple M Breakfast on Wednesday that the ruling opens doors for all public servants who were similarly sacked for not getting the vaccine.
‘This is a huge win for public servants in the Queensland Ambulance Service and the Queensland Police Service,’ she said.

‘They finally had a rich old grandfather, Clive Palmer, who said “I’ll keep this case going for however long it takes”,’ Martin said.
