The cast of “Running Man Philippines” is off to Korea!

On Monday, GMA Network shared photos of  Mikael Daez, Glaiza De Castro, Buboy Villar, Lexi Gonzales, Kokoy de Santos, and Angel Guardian at the airport while waiting for their flight.

“Our runners are on their way back to South Korea to film the 2nd season of Running Man Philippines!” GMA Network wrote in the caption.

In the comment section, OG runner Ruru Madrid expressed his sadness for missing the sophomore season.

“Mamimiss ko kayoooo!!!” the Kapuso Action King commented with crying face emojis.

Earlier this month, Ruru announced he is to miss the second season, but he would still be part of the show through a special role.

So the question remains: Who will be the seventh runner to complete the cast?

In two episodes of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” last week, the Pinoy runners guessed who the 7th runner would be.

Their answers were Megan Young for Mikael, Andre Paras for Lexi, Miguel Tanfelix for Buboy, Rocco Nacino for Glaiza, Albert “Betong” Sumaya Jr for Kokoy, and Boy Abunda for Angel.

“Running Man Philippines” is the local adaptation of the longest-running South Korean reality game, “Running Man.” It is a co-production between GMA Network and SBS Korea.
