On the lower end, studio apartments are available for $934 per month, and one-bedrooms are listed at just over $1,000 per month. On the upper end, two-bedroom apartments will rent for as much as $3,813 per month.

Rentals will include in-unit dishwashers, washers and dryers, and air-conditioning, with some including patios and balconies, according to the NYC Housing Connect listing.

With the varying prices come a slew of amenities that could mean extra charges, including an on-site gym, pool, yoga and dance studio, and rooftop terrace.

Construction on the 33-story project was expected to be complete in mid-2024 – three years after it began, according to the developers. The property’s “luxury” residential units will sit on top of retail space, according to developers.

Renderings of the project show a glass front with brown and gold detailing, and unit mock-ups show a modern aesthetic with marble and wood accents.
