BB tvingas stänga på nytt: "Otroligt sorgligt"

Lycksele BB tvingas hålla stängt i sommar igen, rapporterar SVT Västerbotten.

— Det är otroligt sorgligt, säger Erika Häggblad, barnmorskeförbundet i Västerbotten, till SVT.

Lycksele BB har dragits med bemanningsproblem en längre tid, i februari öppnades det tillfälligt efter ha varit stängt i över ett år. Då var lösningen hyrpersonal, enligt SVT.

Men i sommar, närmare bestämt veckorna 27–32, blir det stängt igen.

”Då tillräckligt med bemanning ej kan säkerställas ser vi inte möjlighet att upprätthålla en god arbetsmiljö eller patientsäkerhet under denna tidsperiod”, meddelar regionen i ett internt mejl, rapporterar SVT.

Födande eller de med akuta behov hänvisas i första hand till Umeå eller Skellefteå.
