Beaches on the Vancouver waterfront to close at years end
It’s been a staple on the Vancouver waterfront for nearly 30 years,but this year will be its last.
Beaches Restaurant and Bar is closing. The owners announced on Facebook this week that they plan to retire.
They say they’ll stay open through the end of the year. Beaches’ owners are encouraging everyone to come in and celebrate on their “last wave” tour as they’re calling it.
The owners say it’s time for a new adventure.
