The management of lower back pain mainly depends on the reason why the pain came to be. The lower back pain is most common in trauma to the lower part of the spine or joint, disc slip, spondylolisthesis, bad posture, nerve damage or compression due to stenosis etc. Management includes pain killers, NSAIDs, Physiotherapy, Steroids like prednisolone and surgical intervention if necessary.
