Spondylosis is a degenerative alteration of the spine, which can occur in any part of it (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), resulting from the wear of the vertebral discs or the process of arthrosis of the joints. To delay this calcification process and strengthen the spine, it is recommended that the patient remains active, undergo physical therapy (to better stretch the spine), acupuncture for pain relief and even the use of some medications as prescribed by the doctor. Care must be taken with bad posture, forcing exercise during a pain crisis, overweight, chronic stress.
