Auch dank Fußball-Nationalspieler Kai Havertz darf der FC Arsenal weiter von seinem ersten Premier-League-Titel seit 20 Jahren träumen. Im Nordlondon-Derby bei Tottenham Hotspur siegten die Gunners 3:2 (3:0) und setzten damit Titelverteidiger Manchester City unter Druck.

Das Team von Pep Guardiola liegt vier Punkte hinter Arsenal, hat allerdings zwei Spiele weniger bestritten.Durch den Erfolg der Gunners werden auch die Aussichten von Jürgen Klopp auf einen glorreichen Abschied beim FC Liverpool immer geringer. Die Reds waren am Samstag bei West Ham United nur zu einem 2:2 gekommen und liegen drei Spieltage vor Schluss fünf Punkte hinter Arsenal.
