The search is on for two Irish EuroMillions players who won big in Friday night’s draw.
One person won a whopping €695,068 in the main draw. They were just one number off winning the jackpot of €30m as they correctly matched all five numbers and one of the two lucky stars. The winning numbers were: 2, 13, 37, 3,8 48 and lucky stars 5 and 9.
Another person scooped €500,000 in the Plus draw after picking all five winning numbers. These were: 4, 6, 10, 12 and 20.
Neither winner has come forward yet, and the National Lottery has issued an appeal for all players to carefully check their tickets. As part of the appeal, they have revealed where the golden tickets were purchased.
The winning €695,068 ticket was bought online by someone in Dublin. The National Lottery confirmed that a notification to the user’s online account and a separate email has now been sent to them.
Meanwhile, the EuroMillions Plus ticket worth €500,000 was bought at the Tesco store in the Square in the heart of Tralee town in Co Kerry. The winning player picked their own favourite numbers on a Normal Play ticket.

A National Lottery spokesperson asked the winners to make contact as soon as possible to ensure they are paid their prizes before Christmas.
They said: “There’s never a bad time to win a big lottery prize but there’s extra excitement in the Winners Room when we print these big cheques for players at this time of year. With less than two weeks before Christmas, we are asking these big winners to get in touch with our Prize Claims Team as soon as possible and we will ensure that the prizes are paid, and they can enjoy the holiday season in style. If you are one of the big winners, you can call us on 1800 666 222 or email [email protected].”
Meanwhile, tonight’s Lotto jackpot is also continuing to grow and is set to roll to an estimated €9 million. Players hoping to be in with a chance of becoming Ireland’s next Lotto jackpot winner are reminded that tickets can be purchased in-store, through the National Lottery app or at www.lottery.ie ahead of the cut-off time for ticket sales at 7.45pm this evening.
