(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 03 LUG – E’ festa a Trieste per il secondo giorno consecutivo, per celebrare i 150 anni del Corpo degli Alpini. Un’occasione anche dare una lustratina all’immagine del Corpo dopo le polemiche di quanto accaduto a Rimini nei mesi scorsi con le numerose denunce sui social di molestie a donne in occasione di una Adunata. Ieri nel tardo pomeriggio in una piazza Unità d’Italia trasformata per metà in una ‘cittadella’ con all’interno mezzi corazzati, tende mimetiche, cimeli e armamentari vari legati agli Alpini, è giunta di corsa la Staffetta che, dopo 1.500 chilometri e 23 tappe, ha concluso il suo itinerario da Ventimiglia (partita il 6 aprile) passando per l’Abruzzo e per tutti i luoghi più significativi della storia e degli uomini del Corpo. Tra alzabandiera e ammainabandiera, ufficiali e autorità locali, e la nave Alpino ormeggiata poco lontano, turisti e triestini, adulti e bambini, si sono emozionati visitando e osservando armi ed equipaggiamenti. Oggi non sono previste cerimonie ma la ‘cittadella’ è ancora aperta e tanti sono i
visitatori. (ANSA).
