Vivo V30e first look at design.

Vivo has announced that its next V-series phone will be called the V30e and it will officially launch in India on May 2, 2024. The V30e is following hot on the heels of the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro. As is usually the case with these phones, premium design and photography are some of the V30e’s core USPs. Pricing-wise, we can expect it be stashed below the V30.

Vivo V30e — specs, design revealed

Vivo has revealed the full design of the V30e ahead of its India launch on May 2. The smartphone will have a “gem cut” design with a curved chassis and a choice of two colours— velvet red and silk blue. The camera housing will be rounded reminiscent of some Realme and Oppo phones.

The V30e is being billed as the slimmest phone with a 5,500mAh battery. Charging speeds aren’t specified but we can expect 44W basis of online reports. Vivo also has also confirmed that the V30e will come with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 main sensor. On the front, it will have another 50-megapixel camera for selfies.

Rumour has it that the Vivo V30e will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor under the hood. The phone is also expected to get IP64 rating, something that is also the case with the recently launched Vivo T3x 5G.

The Vivo V30e will be sold on Flipkart and Vivo online store. It should also be available through retail stores. Watch this space for more details.
