The cosmetic nurse and mother of three, 44, took to Instagram on Monday to share an inspirational meme about ‘levelling up’.
‘The level up is about improving not impressing,’ the post read.

Alex also shared another self-improvement quote which read: ‘Committed to being better than I was yesterday.’
It follows rumours the former Collingwood coach and model-turned-WAG recently called time on their whirlwind romance of less than a year.
When contacted for comment about the break-up, Alex told Daily Mail Australia on Sunday she wasn’t in a position to say anything.
‘There is nothing I can say. I am a private person who has children. I can not comment,’ she said.

Nathan and Alex’s relationship emerged just weeks after the champion midfielder announced his split from his wife of 18 years, Tania Minnici, in December 2020.
He set tongues wagging when he started following Alex on his private Instagram account.
Last month, Alex revealed intimate details about her ‘wonderful’ relationship with the footy legend.

Speaking to The Herald Sun, Alex confirmed at the time they were still going strong.
‘I am very private about the relationship, but we have a wonderful connection,’ she said.
In May last year, a friend of the pair said their relationship was ‘effortless’.
‘They are happy. It’s all good. It’s just very easy and comfortable really. They have a genuine connection,’ they revealed.
