Ajax erfüllt die Pflicht – Inter mit Nullnummer

Ajax Amsterdam bezwingt ersatzgeschwächtes Besiktas – Haller trifft erneut. Inter tut sich bei Schachtar Donezk schwer.

Nach dem fulminanten Start in die Champions-League-Saison konnte Ajax Amsterdam auch im zweiten Spiel einen Sieg feiern. Die Offensive der Niederländer war dieses Mal zwar nicht so treffsicher wie noch beim 5:1-Auswärtserfolg gegen Sporting Lissabon, doch reichten gegen Besiktas Istanbul auch zwei Tore zu drei Punkten. Besiktas wartet noch auf den ersten Zähler im höchsten europäischen Club-Wettbewerb.

Steven Berghuis (17.) und der frühere Stürmer von Eintracht Frankfurt und West Ham, Sébastien Haller (43.), sorgten gegen personell stark dezimierte Türken bereits vor dem Seitenwechsel für klare Verhältnisse. Nach Wiederbeginn verpasste es Ajax, ein noch deutlicheres Ergebnis herauszuspielen. Haller steht damit bereits bei fünf Champions-League-Toren in seinen ersten beiden Partien in der Königsklasse.

In der Gruppe D trennten sich Schachtar Donezk und Inter Mailand 0:0. Beide Mannschaften hatten am ersten Spieltag noch verloren. Die beste Möglichkeit vergab der italienische Europameister Nicolò Barella, der mit einem Distanzschuss an die Latte des ukrainischen Tors scheiterte (15.). Es ist das dritte torlose Duell beider Mannschaften nacheinander. (dpa)
