Agrotech Yüksek Teknoloji ve Yatırım A.Ş.nin 15-16-17 Kasım tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilen halka arzında sonuçlar belli oldu.

Alnus Yatırımdan Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformuna yapılan açıklamaya göre, şirketin 1 TL nominal payları 5,21 TL fiyattan halka arz edilirken 300 milyon TL nominal değerli payların satışı sonucunda halka arz büyüklüğü 1,56 milyar TL olarak gerçekleşti.

Açıklamaya göre halka arzda, yurt içi bireysel yatırımcılara tahsis edilen payların 1,64 katı, yurt içi kurumsal yatırımcılara tahsis edilen payların 7,21 katı talep toplandı.

Böylece, halka arzda planlanan tahsisatın toplam 3,31 katı talep alındı.

Halka arz sonucunda, 3 milyon 48 bin 95 yurt içi bireysel yatırımcıya, 131 yurt içi kurumsal

yatırımcıya olmak üzere, toplam 3 milyon 48 bin 226 yatırımcıya dağıtım yapıldı.
