Embassy REIT Share Price News: Stocks of Embassy Office Parks REIT has climbed less than 1 per cent on Tuesday. The stock opened at Rs 345 vs the previous closure of Rs 344.63 on NSE. Around 11:04 am, shares of the real estate company traded at Rs 347.99 apiece, up by Rs 3.36 points or 0.97 per cent. The scrip registered a high of Rs 353.80 and a low of Rs 344.65 so far. The company has a dividend yield of more than 6 per cent.
Veteran market expert Sanjiv Bhasin has recommended investing in shares of Embassy REIT. “It has created more commercial real estate than even DLF. The rental income is higher. This is one of the most pedigree stocks in real estate with dividend yield of around 7 per cent.” According to Bhasin, the share is expected to see good growth. He further added that the company has delivered 45 million sq ft, 8 million sq ft under construction and 5 million new acquisition. “It has also purchased 21 per cent stake in Indiabulls,” said Bhasin.
Embassy REIT Share Price Target 2024
Bhasin, also the Director of IIFL Securities, has set a target of Rs 450. Stop loss, he said, should be at Rs 320.
