Get yourself out of bed with a drink from a bottle of water and see how refreshed you feel. You can even set hydration goals and reminders for yourself and see how much of a difference it makes for your body over the week.

Dream Art

This is a hobby typically practiced by lucid dreamers and it actually works surprisingly well. Our dreams are very heavily interlaced with emotions and gut feelings that fade away when we wake up.

Whether you want to go all in with an easel and paintbrush in the bedroom or maybe just start off with a reasonable sketchpad by your pillow, logging your dreams can be an unexpected key towards finding the hidden fears that may be draining your energy in the day.

Dance

Lastly, for people who would like a kickback to start their day, dance is an easy way to express your emotions.

Despite your initial aversion, it’s important to keep in mind that dance isn’t really something for you to be good at, it’s just a way for you to feel your feelings.

You may be surprised at what you learn about your body and your thoughts if you allow yourself the space to think freely. So put on a song that really captures what you’re feeling and let loose!
