4th flight carrying Vietnamese citizens in the US back home

The 4th flight carrying Vietnamese citizens stranded in the US due to COVID-19 back home left Dulles, Washington on Thursday (Vietnam time).

The 346 returnees are mostly students, elders, and children. The flight is expected to land at Noi Bai international airport on Thursday night. Upon arrival, the passengers will receive health checks and will be quarantined according to regulations.
