Clashing with two box office biggies, ‘Captain Miller’ and ‘Ayalaan’, ‘Mission: Chapter 1’ received a lesser number of screens in Tamil Nadu and overall as well. However, the positive reviews for the film from the audience turned out to be a major plus for the film. ‘Mission: Chapter 1’ has reportedly grossed close to Rs 23 crore worldwide at the end of week 1. After earning less than 10 crore in the first three days, ‘Mission: Chapter 1’ earned more numbers in the following days as WOM promoted the film.

Arun Vijay’s suspense thriller has turned out to be a winner in audiences’ hearts, and the action thriller gets more than 100 additional screens for the second week in Tamil Nadu. AL Vijay’s directorial keeps on multiplying its box office numbers day by day, which has made the film a profitable one for the makers, and the makers have already declared the film a winner at the box office.
