2022 state budget: Norway’s new Education Minister Tonje Brenna promises cheaper kindergarten

Minister of Education Tonje Brenna (AP) promises price cuts for kindergarten places already in the state budget for 2022.

“The concrete thing I can say is that people should look forward to the next budget!” Minister of Education Brenna told FriFagbevegelse.

In the Hurdal platform, the new government promised to lower the kindergarten price during 2022.

In addition, Brenna promised that the government would improve the quality of kindergartens by increasing the proportion of employees who are vocationally trained kindergarten teachers.
