2021 July unrest | Police on the hunt for more alleged instigators

DURBAN – Police are on the hunt for 84 people allegedly involved in inciting violence during last year’s July riots.

Twenty-two people accused of instigating last year’s July unrest have been released on bail.

The group were arrested on Thursday during Hawks raids in various parts of the country.

On the list of charges is incitement to commit public violence.
