Chloe Ferry showcased her jaw-dropping figure at the weekend as she took a turn at sitting in an ice bath.

The Geordie Shore star, 28, displayed her surgically enhanced assets in a blue bikini as she braced herself to get into a tub filled with freezing cold water.

She shared a video of the attempt to her Instagram, filming herself climbing in while wincing in pain and sending up a prayer sign.

Her ample cleavage was on full display in the tiny two-piece, which also showed off her flat tummy and collection of tattoos.

Chloe attempted to submerge her body while breathing in and out to remain calm, but soon found the cold too much.

She hurriedly jumped out of the tub and began shaking her legs to build back circulation.

Captioning the clip, the reality star admitted she was disappointed she hadn’t managed longer, but vowed she would keep trying.

Chloe penned: ‘Tried the ice bath today my goal was a minute but I just couldn’t do it.

‘I felt like I failed, but then I remembered least I’m trying I feel like sometimes I put too much pressure on myself when I need to remember least I’m trying and I’ll come back tomorrow and try again!’

Ice baths have been popular among athletes and celebrities for years, with stars like Lady Gaga, Kylie Jenner and Nicole Scherzinger trying them out.

The practice is thought to reduce inflammation and heal injured tissues, particularly after intense exercise.

It’s also been claimed that cold exposure can improve blood flow and help with depression, anxiety and energy levels.

However, experts recommend limiting your time in an ice bath to just 10 to 15 minutes to avoid hypothermia, or a dangerous drop in body temperature that can cause frostbite if left untreated.

It comes after Chloe revealed that her £1.1 million Newcastle mansion is constantly targeted by burglars, and at one point they were coming twice a week.

She said she was forced to bump up security when she recorded footage of thieves’ attempts to break in on multiple occasions.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun about her scary ordeal, Chloe said: ‘Someone tries to rob my house all the time. Last month has been the longest month when no one has tried to rob it.

‘I’ve got gates on my property, because it’s been that bad, because they’re climbing over my gates, we’ve put spikes on the gates but since I’ve put spikes on they haven’t been back.’

She continued: ‘It was really bad at one point when they were coming twice a week. But I’ve got gates luckily, but they started jumping over the gates but luckily touch wood they haven’t come back.’

Chloe’s revelation also comes after Joey Essex moved to Dubai following a burglary on his bachelor pad.

In March 2023, former The Only Way Is Essex star announced the move after the break in left him an emotional wreck.

Thieves descended upon his £3 million mega mansion and the star was left so shaken that he decided to leave the property, which is he put up for rent.
