Winter the Dolphin Room at Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach
In 2017, the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach announced what would become a huge success: a partnership with the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, home to Winter the Dolphin, whose prosthetic tail inspired the 2011 film “Dolphin Tale,” and her “sister” Hope, another Atlantic bottlenose dolphin who starred in the 2014 sequel. The beachfront hotel offers Winter the Dolphin-themed guest rooms with a Visit Winter package that includes overnight accommodations, a Winter the Dolphin and sea turtle plush dolls and aquarium tickets. The best part? A portion of the proceeds are donated to the aquarium.

The Cartoon Network Hotel offers 4 Dream Suites, one of which has a “Powerpuff Girls” theme. Buttercup, Blossom and Bubbles can be seen on all of the decor throughout this room, which accommodates up to 6 guests with a separate master bedroom and another themed area with 2 sets of bunk beds. Several more of the hotel’s standard guest rooms are also themed. Bonus: The Cartoon Network Hotel is located just a mile from the Dutch Wonderland theme park and you can get a discount on admission.
At LegoLand California Hotel (and the brand’s Florida and New York locations), families can stay in themed guest rooms with bunk beds. Themes include Adventure, Kingdom, Pirates, Lego Friends and Ninjago and amenities include in-room scavenger hunts. Other LegoLand hotels such as LegoLand Castle Hotel (California) and LegoLand Pirate Island Hotel (Florida) feature themed options as well.

Suite for Kids at the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo
Monte Carlo, Monaco
The Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo recently debuted a Kids’ Suite in partnership with Sabrina Monte-Carlo Kids. The delightfully over-the-top room includes furniture, decor and amenities just for kids, including a small boudoir with an entrance for little ones. Guests of this suite enjoy buffet breakfast and access to the Odyssey pool area (designed by the late Karl Lagerfeld), as well as tickets to the Oceanographic Museum and a Petit Train Tour of Monaco.
