Being an MVP’s brother apparently doesn’t make you a VIP.
A viral video circulated on Saturday night on social media of Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, trying and failing to get into the VIP area at a concert in Las Vegas ahead of Super Bowl 2024.
The Daily Mail reported that the video was from a Future concert, with the rapper performing Friday on night one of h.wood Group’s “Homecoming.”
The video seemingly shows Jackson telling security that he is Mahomes’ brother with the camera then panning to the quarterback’s wife, Brittany, who is behind the ropes.
Brittany shrugs in Jackson’s direction and to another person in her party before she continues dancing.
The original source of the video is unclear, but it went viral after it was posted on TikTok by Overtimeszn.
“Brittany rlly said the party must go on,” the caption read.

Jackson and Brittany have been inseparable at Chiefs games through the years as Mahomes, 28, has become the NFL’s biggest star.
The curious scene came one day after Jackson was spotted by TMZ hanging out with Travis Kelce’s ex, model and influencer Kayla Nicole.
Kayla had previously unfollowed Brittany on social media as she has become tight with 14-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift, who is currently dating Kelce.

Brittany has been celebrated by her fellow WAGs this week after her stunning photoshoot for the SI Swimsuit edition was released.
Mahomes, who wed Brittany in March 2022, took her out for a celebratory dinner on Friday night at Carversteak, likely before the concert.
“I’m truly just so humbled and still in disbelief,” she told Sports Illustrated. “As a girl from Tyler, Texas, who only really knew sports, never in a million years did I think I’d be in [the SI Swimsuit Issue]. I’m just so grateful for this opportunity…I want people to know that they can accomplish anything, even things you never thought would be possible in your wildest dreams.”

Brittany will likely be in an Allegiant Stadium suite with Jackson and Swift on Sunday night when Mahomes’ and Kelce’s Chiefs take on the 49ers in the Super Bowl, as the quarterback-tight end duo aims for their third championship together.
