Finally.
Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp.
Krispy Kreme just cannot stop coming out with absolute banger treats. In just the last few weeks, it dropped a special Oreo Eclipse doughnut for stargazers, then it released an all-new KitKat line of breakfast treats, and now, the doughnut shop is delighting fans everywhere by announcing it’s rolling out its Original Glazed Cinnamon Rolls seven days a week.
“Say goodbye to waiting for Sunday to roll around to enjoy a #krispykreme Cinnamon Roll,” the brand shared in nan Instagram announcement. “Enjoy the deliciousness of our freshly hand-rolled Original Glazed Cinnamon Rolls, now served EVERY DAY!”
Fans were quick to jump in the comments to express their sheer joy at the news, with one writing, “I could eat these 8 days a week !!!!!!! I need,” (they really did add all those exclamation points), and another adding, “This is honestly the best donut you guys make.”
According to Krispy Kreme’s website, the cinnamon rolls are made using its yeast-raised dough as a base and is hand-rolled with all that delicious cinnamon before getting “glazed to perfection.”
The Original Glazed Cinnamon Roll first made its debut in the fall of 2021 as a limited-time treat but instantly became a cult classic. Following all the fanfare, Krispy Kreme brought back the rolls as part of what it called “Cinnamon Sundays,” offering the treat just once a week as part of the permanent menu.
“Our Original Glazed Cinnamon Roll was very well received when we introduced it last year for a limited time. When we get a fan reaction like that, we want to give them what they want. And there’s no cinnamon roll better than ours; hand-cut and covered in our iconic Original Glaze,” Dave Skena, the chief marketing officer for Krispy Kreme, shared in a statement at the time.
Thankfully now, you don’t need to wait for Sundays to roll around. Snag the Original Glazed Cinnamon Roll in-store or on the app as an individual treat or a four-count, or just go ahead and mix and match it with all your other flavors because, why not? You only live once.
