The 2023 has officially come to a close after the national championship game, and now the focus turns toward the 2024 college football season. The transfer portal window recently, but decisions are still being made about future destinations. The most recent one for Georgia is defensive back AJ Harris has announced that he will be transferring to Penn State.

Harris was a true freshman this past season and saw some playing time, but felt it would be best for him to seek opportunity elsewhere once the season officially ended. It was thought that there was maybe a chance he would stay at Georgia, but has now ultimately decided to switch home this offseason.

With players making their intentions known in the coming days and weeks, here is a running update of the roster movements as they happen.
